We are currently looking for an ambitious sales manager to join our growing team working with Latin America!

The main areas of responsibility The main areas of responsibility

As a sales manager, you will play an important role in building strong relationships in the B2B segment. You will be responsible for sales promotion in the Ecuadorian market. A normal working day will consist of the following main functions:
 

  • Assistance in market research, including assessment of market potential and search for growth opportunities;
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing customers through presentations and visits;
  • Preparation and submission of commercial proposals;
  • Participation in foreign exhibitions and meetings, representing Teltonika and its products;
  • Cooperation with the technical support department and product specialists.

The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need The experience, skills and personal qualities you will need

  • We hope that you are a communicative, responsible and analytically minded personality. The candidate will be able to successfully complete the work:
  • Higher education in electronics or related engineering;
  • To have an excellent (preferably C2) knowledge of Spanish (written and oral) - this will be the main working language, as well as a very good knowledge of English (written and oral);
  • With experience in B2B sales or customer service experience;
  • Well-versed or experienced in the Ecuadorian market;
  • Organized, challenging and results-oriented;
  • Aiming to earn high income by conquering the Ecuadorian market with an innovative product from Lithuania;
  • For those who like to travel.

Salary Salary

Fixed (tariff) salary ranges from 10Eur/h up to 16Eur/h (~1600Eur - 2700Eur) pre-tax, depending on your experience and expertise with the option to get bonuses.*
 

*In an employment agreement we specify and define fixed (tariff) hourly salary rate before taxes.
